    Youth Sports Advocate | Football Program Coordinator | Next-Generation Leadership
     
    Abdul recently joined the team in Oman to support Fatima’s long-term vision of developing youth-focused community programs across the GCC. Passionate about football and youth culture, he plays a key role in shaping the upcoming GCC-wide youth sports initiative, designed for under-13 players.
     
    His contribution brings authenticity, energy, and a next-generation perspective to the project. Understanding the mindset, challenges, and motivations of young players, Abdul helps structure programs that build discipline, confidence, teamwork, and personal growth.
     
    He assists with:

           • on-ground coordination in Oman
           • digital content ideas for youth-focused initiatives
           • community-building for future GCC academies
     
    Abdul represents the future of leadership within this initiative — a voice that connects directly with the next generation and strengthens the foundation of Fatima’s youth empowerment vision.
    Youth Empowerment & Future Projects

    As part of my long-term vision for social impact and community upliftment in the Gulf region, I am currently developing a youth-focused football initiative designed to build confidence, discipline, teamwork, and growth opportunities for children under 13 across the GCC. This project, inspired and co-developed with my son who has recently joined me in Oman, aims to create structured, modern and supportive training environments for young players while encouraging healthy lifestyles, cultural exchange, and regional collaboration. This initiative reflects my broader commitment to empowering the next generation and contributing meaningfully to community development across the GCC.
